1. Processing Time
Freshness First: Most of our products are made in small batches to ensure peak freshness.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.)
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high demand or traditional preparation cycles, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Domestic Shipping: We ship across India.
Delivery Timeline: * 3–5 business days.
Shipping Charges: will be additional but Depend on location/ Purchase volume.
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500.

ment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4.Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before returning it to us.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. Prisyash Food is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
5 Damaged Packaging
While we use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging to protect your "Beloved" snacks, accidents can happen during transit.
If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at support@prisyashfoods.com.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to bring the taste of Prisyash to the world very soon!
