Because our products are food items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds:
1.Damaged or Wrong Items -
If you receive a package that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right.
Notification: Please contact us at support@prisyashfoods.com/7903574285 within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Evidence*: Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect item.
2.Returns (Perishable Goods)
Due to the nature of food products and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have been delivered, as we cannot ensure the integrity of the product once it leaves our sight.
3.Refunds & Replacements
Approved Claims* - Once your claim for a damaged or wrong item is verified, we will either send a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time*: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
4.Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled.
