At Prisyash Foods, we aim to get our healthy snacks to you as fresh and fast as possible. Because we process orders quickly, we have a specific window for cancellations.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This allows us to halt the packaging and dispatch process before the item is prepared for shipment.
2. Dispatch Rule
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our delivery partners, it can no longer be canceled.
Note: Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot redirect or recall shipments once they are in transit.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is accepted within the 2-hour window:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
